About me

Hola!

My name is Sarah , and we bought a white painted house in the main street of the pretty village of Maro, near the sea in southern Spain six and a half years ago. I love Spain and all things Spanish, particularly our sleepy (and very lively sometimes) muy autentico village. I am having Spanish lessons every week, and getting there slowly.

I love cooking, I am mad about interiors, I love films, and travel ,and I have a huge collection of earrings and shells!

I like nothing better than being idle in the hot sun with a good book! So I am very fortunate to live here in our house in Maro, with terraces and a swimming pool and space and lovely views.

I look forward to sharing more stories from this pretty area of Andalucia, places to visit, things to do, where to eat, the best beaches, my travels, and just general tales from southern Spain. Enjoy!
